A valid resale number should be on file with our company and can be provided in the comments section or by phone, email or fax. If you are an existing customer then this information is currently on file.  Orders will be processed as soon as possible and we should be notified if there is a deadline delivery date, as all merchandise is made to order. If you pay by credit card your card will not be processed until your order is going to be shipped within the next 24 - 48 hours.  We do not begin to produce an order until we have a credit card authorization. If you choose the "bill me" option for your order, you must already be approved for net 30 terms. If you choose the COD option and do not accept your package you will be billed the additional shipping fees incurred if we reship. A credit will be issued for any returned merchandise.  We do not give refunds.  Special orders cannot be returned for credit.  Returned items must be approved prior to credit being issued.  Merchandise that has been received for over 90 days may be returned by approval only.
